This party package inclued 5 one size fits all party hats and 5 party hats to fit your animal friends. Also included: 5 flags that can be customized with names.  (Customization optional)

Party Hat Size: 5 " H x 3.5." L x 8.4"   Animal Friend Party Hat Size: 3" H x 2 " L x 5.5"  

Material: Premium colored card stock 100-lb.

Process: Handmade party hat with elastic band on bottom and furry pom poms attached on top. 

 Customizable Flags Size:  Wooden dowel - 12" L Flag - 6.5" L x 4.5 " H and decreases in size to a point. 

Material: Wooden dowel, White embroidery gloss, 100% cotton colored fabric.

Process: Handmade flag sewn together, attached with embroidery floss to dowel.
